What is Glee Rewards?
A free loyalty programme and our thank-you to everyone who plays Glee games. Find a game you love, collect Coins as you play, and redeem them for thank-you rewards.
Does it cost anything?
Not a thing. Our games are free and nothing inside them is for sale. The ads shown in our games fund the whole programme.
How do I collect Coins?
Just play. Finish levels, complete daily goals and reach milestones. Each game shows how many Coins an activity gives before you start.
How will I know I've collected Coins?
The app lets you know. When you finish an activity, a level or a daily goal, you'll see a note with the Coins you just collected.
Is there any luck involved?
No. There's no chance element: Coins come only from playing, and every reward is listed in the app.
Do I get Coins for watching ads?
No. Optional ad videos give in-game items only, like gems or boosters. Coins come from playing.
What thank-you rewards are there?
Gift cards and PayPal rewards. Typical rewards are about $1. The options on offer are shown in the app.
How many Coins does a reward cost?
The Coin price that counts is the one shown in the app when you redeem. Prices can change, so the app is always the place to check.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Once you reach the minimum shown in the app, you can redeem.
What if the reward I want isn't available?
Rewards depend on what our partners offer in your country, and now and then an option may be out of stock for a while. If that happens, pick another option from the app or check back later.
How long does a redemption take?
We review every redemption before it goes out. Most arrive within a few business days. If yours is taking longer, drop us a line.
Why was my redemption held or declined?
We may hold or decline a redemption if something looks off: several accounts on one device, a modified app, automated play or other unusual activity. We may also ask you for a little more information to confirm a redemption is genuine. If we decline one, we'll tell you why where we can, and you can ask us to take another look.
Do my Coins expire?
Coins can expire after a long period without any play. The current rule is shown in the app, and we'll remind you in the app before any Coins expire.
Are there bonuses?
Sometimes. From time to time we may add an extra thank-you, such as a welcome bonus or a bonus for dropping in daily. When and whether we offer one is up to us.
Who can redeem rewards?
Players aged 18 or over who live in the US or UK. Our games are rated for ages 13 and up, but redeeming rewards needs you to be 18+.
Do I need an account?
You can play without one. To redeem a reward we need a way to send it to you, usually your email address. Your account is yours alone, so please don't share it.
Can I move Coins between games or players?
Your Coins work across the Glee games you play on the same account. They can't be sold, transferred or swapped with other players.
Is my data safe?
We collect only what we need to run the games and the programme. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
